Coming back from a beach holiday, it is important to apply a mask on the lengths and ends 1-2 times a week in order to replenish the hair fiber and nourish it. You can use an organic mask sold in supermarkets and in specialized stores, or prepare one with natural ingredients, simple and effective.
Banana and honey mask for dry hair: mix a banana with 2 tablespoons of honey, then apply the mask for 30 minutes.
Avocado mask: prepare the mask by mixing the flesh of an avocado with an egg and two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, spread over the entire length, massage and let sit for thirty minutes to maximize the effects.
Sweet almond mask: Beat an egg with 3 tablespoons of sweet almond oil and add 3 tablespoons of almond powder. Apply to the hair, leave on for 30 minutes and then do your usual shampoo.
Beer in rinse water
To regain healthy, voluminous hair, you can rinse it with beer. Be careful not to use it too often, because the alcohol in the beer could dry out your hair. Pour a glass of lager beer on your mane and rinse quickly with water.
